A Notification Center is a centralized area where users can view, manage, and interact with all relevant notifications and alerts. These notifications can include reminders, warnings, system updates, and more. It significantly improves user experience, increase efficiency, and ensure that important actions or events are not missed. A Notification Center allows users to stay up to date with critical updates, tasks, and alerts related to their roles within the organization.
Below is a summary of the kinds of notifications that EasyEdmin offers its users.
System Alerts #
The alerts generated based on general settings. For example.
Notifications generated from workflows will be categorized as system alerts. They are typically used to alert users about important events, actions, or approvals within processes. Workflow notifications can be triggered based on various conditions or events in the system. For example, notification of reminder set by user.
Trigger Alerts #
The alerts generated based on triggers set by user.
EasyEdmin offers a feature whereby user can configure conditional alerts. These alerts are automated notifications that are triggered on actions within the system for specific conditions configured by user. They are designed to inform users of important events, required actions, or exceptions. For example, inform me when a student is marked left.
Unverified Tickets #
Helpdesk tickets closed by EasyEdmin team are shown here.
As per our normal process, EasyEdmin operation team communicates with user and confirms resolution of their query before closing the respective helpdesk ticket. The final verification of closed tickets is introduced to improve service quality and accountability as mentioned below.
- Feedback Loop: Customer verification often includes asking for feedback on the service provided. This helps the organization understand how well the team handled the issue and identify areas for improvement. It can also highlight any gaps in customer support or workflow inefficiencies that need to be addressed.
- Accountability: Requiring customer verification before closing a ticket holds both the service team and the ERP system accountable. If a customer confirms the issue has been resolved, it reinforces the accuracy of the service actions performed and the quality of the ERP system’s resolution process.
Announcements #

Announcements are system-generated messages or updates that inform users about significant changes, upcoming events, new features, or important actions within the EasyEdmin system.
The primary goal of ERP announcements is to ensure that users stay informed about important updates or actions that might impact their work or the system’s functionality. These announcements can help improve communication, reduce confusion, and ensure smooth operations.
